To be able to manage her team and her own set of multiple clients, takes a very organized and time oriented person to handle, which Nazley handles with ease and a calmness that surprises the CEO. With her heading up the bookkeeping and payroll department, she is driven with ambition and client satisfaction. She is efficient in processing both accounts payable and receivable, cash book processing. All reconciliations and the entire Payroll function. She too ensures that her team is reliable and deadline driven which is her key to succeeding as the head of her department.
